Sasol sees H1 headline earnings per share rising by up to 9 pct

JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - South Africa's Sasol expects its half-year earnings to increase by up to 9 percent as rising output and higher sales offset softer oil prices, the petrochemicals group said. The company, which makes about 40 percent of its revenue from oil, said in a statement on Friday that headline earnings per share for the six months to the end of December will be up to 2.72 rand higher.
