Russian PM says does not understand Ulyukayev case

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said on Tuesday he did not understand what had happened to Economy Minister Alexei Ulyukayev, who was detained overnight on bribery charges.
