Rounds: Pruitt doing a good job at EPA, criticism is a 'nitpick'

In an exclusive interview with Meet the Press, Sen. Mike Rounds (R-S.D.) says that he has confidence in Scott Pruitt, and that any criticism of him is really a criticism of the policies.
