Qatar ruler phones Saudi crown prince about starting talks: state media

Riyadh (AFP) - Qatar's ruler phoned Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to express interest in talks to resolve a three-month-old diplomatic crisis, Saudi state media said early Saturday.
