Nokia downplays shareholder opposition to Alcatel-Lucent deal

HELSINKI (Reuters) - Nokia Chief Executive Rajeev Suri defended the terms of its pending acquisition of smaller telecom gear maker Alcatel-Lucent after a shareholder criticized them as unacceptable.
