KL shares higher at mid-day

KUALA LUMPUR: The key index ended the morning session higher on persistent buying activities in heavyweights, led by Maybank and CIMB. At lunch break, the benchmark FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) rose 6.52 points to 1,811.62, after moving between 1,805.35 and 1,814.28 throughout the morning session.
