Ex-Tory Treasurer Banks On £1bn CMC Float
The former Conservative Party treasurer Peter Cruddas has picked a pair of Wall Street giants to lead his spread-betting firm CMC Markets onto the London Stock Exchange. Sky News understands that Mr Cruddas and his fellow directors have hired Goldman Sachs - which is also a shareholder in CMC -and Morgan Stanley to work on the flotation.
