EU's Moscovici: talks with Greece are progressing, still too slow

RIGA (Reuters) - Talks with Greece are making some progress but are still moving too slowly, EU Economic Affairs Pierre Moscovici said ahead of a meeting of euro zone finance ministers on Friday.
