Euro jumps, bonds sag as ECB puts off stimulus decision

By Herbert Lash NEW YORK (Reuters) - The euro rebounded and bond yields in the euro zone bounced off record lows on Thursday, after the European Central Bank put off until next year a decision about whether to increase economic stimulus, leaving investors uncertain.
