EU agrees not to extend sanctions on Belarus, leaves arms embargo

The European Union will not extend its economic sanctions on 170 Belarusians, including those on authoritarian President Alexander Lukashenko, but will maintain its arms embargo, the bloc's foreign ministers agreed on Monday.
