Dijsselbloem: Greece has until Friday to request bailout extension

BRUSSELS, Feb 16 (Reuters) - Greece needs to seek an extension of its international bailout this week, Jeroen Dijsselbloem, who chaired a meeting of euro zone finance ministers, said on Monday.
