CP Rail says it is ready for a strike

By Allison Martell TORONTO (Reuters) - Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd managers will be ready to take over if train engineers and conductors in Canada strike this weekend, Chief Operating Officer Keith Creel said on Wednesday. He said a strike would reduce earnings at CP Rail, Canada's second biggest railway, by about one cent per day.
