Congo c.bank cuts 2016 growth forecast to 6.6 percent

Democratic Republic of Congo cut its 2016 economic growth forecast to 6.6 percent, the country's Central Bank said on Friday, down from a previous estimate of 9 percent because of continuing weakness in commodity markets. The forecast is below 2015 growth of 6.9 percent, the bank said in a statement.
