Cenovus Energy reports bigger loss; cuts dividend

Feb 11 (Reuters) - Canadian oil producer Cenovus Energy Inc reported a bigger quarterly loss and also cut its dividend and 2016 capital spending budget amid a prolonged slump in oil prices.
