Asian stock markets mostly lower as oil extends fall

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — Asian stock markets were mostly lower Tuesday as the price of oil extended losses following a 6-percent plunge that was sparked by data showing a manufacturing slowdown in the world's two largest economies.
