Angola cuts 2015 economic growth forecast to 4 pct from 6 pct

LUANDA (Reuters) - Angola's economy will grow 4 percent this year, down from a previous target of 6 percent as low oil prices hit sub-Saharan Africa's third largest economy, Vice President Manuel Vincente told parliament on Thursday. Vincente said Angola's debt-to-GDP ratio would be around 46 percent this year, compared to around 32 percent last year. Africa's second biggest oil exporter has borrowed heavily from China to cover lower oil revenues.
