Pakistan VSF could rebound as September restocking builds

Asian VSF prices were largely stable from August 17 to 21, with Pakistan the only market to decline.
Pakistan’s 1.5D VSF fell PKR 5/kg to PKR 635/kg, a 0.78 per cent drop, then held through Friday.
India’s 1.4D and 1.5D×38mm VSF, and China’s 1.5D×38mm VSF, were unchanged.
The decline points to softer local demand after a nine-day transport shutdown.
