France's Christian Dior appoints two independent board directors

Christian Dior has co-opted Tony Estanguet and Xavier Musca as independent directors, effective immediately, replacing Nicolas Bazire and Maria Luisa Loro Piana.
The appointments follow the Arnault family group's proposed corporate-structure simplification, which would trigger a mandatory tender offer for Christian Dior shares without a squeeze-out.
