Wrong-way driver in fatal Route 481 crash had crashed before, friend says

State police said they are considering "all possibilities" that could have caused Bruce R. Drury Sr., 68, of Syracuse, to crash. Troopers haven't found anything to suggest he was suicidal and don't think he suffered a medical emergency.
