Waterloo man killed in double homicide ID'd; services set for both victims Tuesday

Charlie E. "Chuck" Andrus IV, 45, and Lori M. McConnell, 53, both of Waterloo, were shot and killed last week. Karen Zdunko also was shot, but survived.
