Watch a 200-pound, drugged black bear tumble from a tree in Cortland (video)

A 200-pound black bear made its way to the top of a tree in a Cortland neighborhood this morning. A neighbor shot this video that captures it being tranquilized and jostled loose from the tree before landing safely on a net.
