Update: Traffic back to normal after crashes on I-81 north

The New York State Department of Transportation said two crashes on I-81 north near Exit 23 - NY 370 East; Park Street and Exit 25 - 7th North Street; Liverpool (Salina) occurred around 4 p.m.
