Update: Syracuse traffic stop turns into chase, ends on Onondaga Nation

Syracuse police officers stopped a suspicious vehicle at 6:24 p.m. Saturday on Rowland Street, near South Geddes Street, on the West Side, Onondaga County 911 said.
