Tractor-trailer hauling oversize load rear-ended on I-81 after hitting overpass

Timothy Dahly was driving a tractor-trailer hauling an oversize load on I-81 north Wednesday. At 5:37 p.m. the rig made contact with the Interstate 690 west overpass.
