Tractor-trailer crashes into Syracuse railroad bridge for 2nd time in 2 weeks

Syracuse police responded around 6:45 p.m. Friday to a report of a crash involving a structure in the 2200 block of Park Street. A tractor-trailer was jammed under the bridge.
