Snow, cold winds prompt Syracuse schools to cancel afterschool activities

Interim Superintendent Jaime Alicea said Wednesday that the district would consider a -20 degree wind chill automatic reason for cancelling school and activities. Today's windchill is expected to reach about -7 degrees.
