Sheriff on wild chase through Syracuse: 'This was more than a joy ride' (video)

Christopher Ricks, of Syracuse, stole a AAA tow truck Monday afternoon and for 19 minutes led police on a chase through the city that damaged at least a dozen vehicles and injured four people, Onondaga County Sheriff Eugene Conway said.
