Scriba woman left disabled child home alone for hours, crashed car, police say

Andrea M. Myers, 28, of 483 county Route 29, Scriba, was charged with DWI-Drugs (prescription medication), third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and felony first-degree endangering the welfare of an incompetent/physically disabled person.
