Ray Halbritter marries Texan Renee Stone; reception a Who's Who of CNY power brokers

Ray Halbritter, the Oneida Nation's chief executive officer, married Renee Stone of Texas on a beach in the Bahamas in July. The couple held an outdoor reception celebration in August in Central New York.
