LIVERPOOL, NY -- Willow Bay was the center of the action for the Onondaga Cup and LakeFest on Saturday. Multiple classes of rowers took turns racing along the shore including corporate boats. Corporate teams took part in learn to row classes with the Chargers Rowing Club.
