Onondaga man found lying in Madison County ditch charged with DWI

Brandon K. Brooks was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or greater, refusal of a breath screen, consumption of alcohol in a vehicle while driving and unlawful possession of marijuana.
