Onondaga County refuses to say where in Geddes it found West Nile Virus

Could samples found to have West Nile been taken near State Fair or county Lakeview Amphitheater ? Public doesn't know because county won't release the location, saying in the past some traps in the county have been tampered with or stolen. Plus, it doesn't matter where the samples were taken, they say.
