Former top Cuomo aide Percoco has 1 charge dismissed before jury deliberates

The judge had previously said she wasn't sure Joseph Percoco could be convicted of extortion because he was working for Gov. Andrew Cuomo's campaign -- not in the governor's chamber -- at the time of some of his alleged crime.
