Fayetteville drops Rochester-based developer's apartment and retail proposal

Some employees of Morgan Management face federal charges of bank and wire fraud. The company had proposed building apartments and retail space on the former O'Brien & Gere facility at 547 E. Genesee St. in Fayetteville.
