Rumblefish is bidding farewell to its founder and CEO, Paul Anthony Troiano, who is stepping aside while remaining in an advisory role.  Rumblefish, a micro-licensing  and online video monetization platform, was acquired by SESAC in 2013.  Incidentally, SESAC also recently acquired Harry Fox Agency, where substantial cutbacks are happening amidst a broader, post-acquisition re-org.
