Disabled man says 'Phantom' ushers told him to slouch down for Landmark show

Tim Howard, who needs a cane because of five back surgeries, spent more than $100 on tickets for the Syracuse showing of "Phantom of the Opera." He asked for disabled seating. What he got were repeated requests by theater staff to slouch over.
