Deputies seize handgun, charge 2 men after failed traffic stop in Syracuse

At 10:42 p.m. Wednesday sheriff's deputies were patrolling in Syracuse when they spotted a 2001 Dodge Caravan driving on Valley Drive without its headlights on.
