Cuomo aide bumped from preferred office testifies about 'rough and tumble' workplace

The aide said he was "quite surprised" and angry to learn in 2014 that he would be moved from his prestigious desk nearby Gov. Andrew Cuomo's office down two floors within the executive chamber in New York City.
