Cortland County sheriff's arrest 4 in meth lab bust

The Cortland County Sheriff's Office say they arrested Stephanie Weirs, 24; Robert Benson, 42; Sarah Wacht, 31; and Travis Hartwick, 26, after finding meth manufactured in a home in Homer.
