Cor trial prosecutors: Dr. K. rigged bids to keep 'rockstar' status in NY state

Alain Kaloyeros is standing trial with Syracuse-based developers Steven Aiello and Joseph Gerardi as well as Buffalo Billion builder Louis Ciminelli. The men are accused of "cooking" a competitive bidding process to benefit their companies.
