Cor bid-rigging trial: Buffalo developer who pleaded guilty might testify today

Kevin Schuler, the former vice president of the Buffalo development firm LPCiminelli, is expected to testify against his co-defendants Louis Ciminelli, former SUNY Polytechnic Institute President Alain Kaloyeros and Syracuse-based Cor Development executives Steven Aiello and Joseph Gerardi.
