Cops: Man charged with having illegal fireworks, pot during stop on NYS Thruway

Stephen R. Dubois was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor; unlawfully possessing illegal fireworks, a violation; and a traffic violation.
