Cops arrest suspect in shooting, arson over ongoing Cayuga Indian Nation feud

Peter J. Edwards II, 31, of 48C South Onondaga Road, Nedrow, was charged with fourth-degree arson, second-degree criminal mischief and tampering with physical evidence.
