CNY bodybuilder wrongfully caught in huge drug bust was in wrong place at wrong time

Anthony Brigman, 47, of Syracuse, was in the wrong place at the wrong time when he was ensnared in what authorities called the biggest cocaine bust in Onondaga County's history.
