Clay man asleep when his 2-year-old son wanders onto Route 31 alone; dad charged

Jeremy Robinson, 38, of Clay, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, after his 2-year-old son was found walking alone on Route 31 in Clay, state police said.
