Cayuga County man stole $83,000 in workers' comp, falsely claiming he was disabled

The man claimed total disability but eventually admitted that he was able to climb in and out of a large, articulated log-skidder tractor, climb up and down trees, and wield chainsaws, according to the Cayuga County District Attorney.
