Austria hits Bitpanda with first MiCA fine for marketing and whitepaper violations

Austria’s Financial Market Authority (FMA) has imposed a €70,000 fine on Vienna-based crypto broker Bitpanda GmbH for breaching the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation.
