The XFL Is Suspending Operations & May Not Return

The XFL is shutting down and laying off all its staff, Deadline reported on Friday (April 10).
The league’s chief operating officer Jeffery Pollock broke the news in a conference call with employees, ESPN reported.

The XFL canceled the rest of its season on March 12, along with other major sporting leagues. The XFL will pay employees through Sunday (April 12), but it’s unclear when or if the league will return, according to NFL Netw
