Taylor Swift Gets Restraining Order Against Another Obsessed Fan!

On Wednesday in El Lay, Taylor Swift filed for a restraining order against Julius Sandrock, the same obsessed fan who was arrested at her Beverly Hills property last month for felony stalking. At that time, he was found to have live ammunition, latex gloves, rope, and masks in his car. So scary!
