Taryn Manning Opens Up About 'Hitting Rock Bottom' & Struggling With Sobriety

Taryn Manning is grateful for her journey, no matter how difficult.
As you may know, the Orange Is the New Black star has struggled with her sobriety -- but she's taking the necessary steps to heal, and is grateful for the process.
Speaking to TMZ recently, the 37-year-old expressed:
"I am truly grateful for what some may call hitting rock bottom ... Some days it sucks and some days it sucks worse. I am not ashamed of this obstacle because I have accepted that it is okay to not be okay."
